Could you make anyone in the league moderator so I can rejoin

Since the only way you can loose the league is if your resigned and then there's no way back into that league for you.

But do you know if someone else becomes moderator over the league

Cuz then I may be abele to join ob an other account:)

Or do you know a way to make anyone else than me moderator?

@bodins No, one else will become moderator and creating a new account without removing the old acccount would be against osm terms.
