How does nationality bonus work?

So i found this page and it mentions something about the nationality bonuses, but there are no lines between the players like shown in the picture.

Was it removed? what other type of bonuses are there.

Hi, you will have a nationality bonus if you have at least 6 players from the same country in your lineup. You won't see any green links as this feature has been never in the game.
