Hey! I'm a moderator of a league, and I want to resign, but I don't know what happens when a moderator resigns. Can I nominate another moderator? Thanks!

When you resign as moderator of the league osm will become moderator of that league.
You will not be able to pass it on to someone else.
Keep in mind that resigning is a final action and you will not be able to get back in same league again if you regret the decision.
