Why I can't watch videos anymore for boss coins, like for 2 days already

@jurgenw87 I am able to watch videos for boss coins, however I don't receive any boss coins at all.. This is happening for a couple of weeks now.

Also keep in mind that videos are not an unlimited resourse to earn bc's, so it could be possible there are none available in your country.

I too have encountered this problem these days, the offers do not start on the web, while the app does... if you can help solve this problem I would be very grateful

i just posted a report about that too but none has replied me and its not about the country because it's been working fine until 3 days ago its stopped and said the same error and i'm using chrome too but its working fine on mobile .. hope you fix that quick tho

@noenro You're assuming that everyone has this problem and it's not based on facts.
We work with templates for a reason, then we have all info needed in one time.

So if no one wants to bother to provide all details needed, then there's no reason to keep this open.

@hespera hi, Can you watch videos through web browser? this is all the problem. (I can't report because my English is bad )

@hespera its a problem to others check the replies and also it happens only in the browser not by mobile players i tried using firefox , chrome , explorer and it didn't work even mobile browser didn't work it only available through the app otherwise it says we ran out of business and i have this problem for 3 days now and it ruined me for real.

I've tested it and indeed there seems to be an issue, GB is aware of it now and try to fix it a.s.a.p in the mean time we can wait till fixed or use the app to watch video's.
