Where can I join to an active league?

Hello all! I have a problem with team choosing. Earlier if I want to choose a team, there were an option where i can see the active leagues, and the free teams ther, who are the current managers there etc.. Now i only see just the teams with no option to change to active leagues. Anyone can help me? Thanks!
