Transfers list
-
Hello all, it's my 1st time posting a topic here, i hope I'm not making a repeated topic.
I have a few questions regarding transfers list:- a player that is listed for transfer has his performance affected? Does it affect his motovation in any way?
- do good performances raise the probability of a player, who's listed for transfer, to be sold?
Thanks in advance

I have a few questions regarding transfers list:Hello to you too and welcome to the Osm game & forums .
I believe you are good with your topic that's why we left it open for discussion.- a player that is listed for transfer has his performance affected? Does it affect his motovation in any way?
Nope, nothing like that. Just the fact that he got placed on the TL ( aka TransferList ) does not affect his motivation or performance in any way.
- do good performances raise the probability of a player, who's listed for transfer, to be sold?
Nope. Just like our fellow manager already told you, a player's rating does not have any impact on his chances to get sold. Transfers are made by the Osm engine and are random. A player that gets a great rating for one team does not guarantee that he will perform in the same way for another team. Cause his manager's decisions and settings on tactics etc do play a big part on his performance during each round.
Thanks in advance
You're very welcome. It's always a pleasure to have polite managers visiting our forums.

@sabit-mamedov Once again Saby, thank you very much for your post and help here.

@fmag89
I do have a question for you though ...
If a player of your squad performs great or scores goals and generally receives high ratings , would you consider of placing him on the TL for sale that easy ?And about Transfers , you might want to have a look at this topic too :

@supernova-8 You welcome, Sofie)

@sabit-mamedov Hi thanks for the reply.
One more questiong, I'm assuming that benching a player gives some morale - not as much as starting 11, but not as bad as being left out, correct? -
@supernova-8 Hello, thank you for the detailed reply
I'm not completely new to the game, as I've played it a long time ago before, when it was OFM it's quite better right now, keep it coming!
But, I'm new to the forum, so thank you -
@fmag89 Then welcome back to the OSM's new edition and forums! And it was my pleasure.
About your new question... Tbh I haven't really noticed what happens to the benched players's morale after the match is completed but my guess would be nothing changes for these substitutes... Unless... They get the chance to play during the actual match, after a first line-up player's replacement occurs. You can see this from your match's statistics , also along with the ratings of all the players presented at the bottom of the stats.As I see it, there are 3 key factors that help a lot with the total performance of a team.
- Proper Squad building
- Creation of a balanced team ( in amount of players and in power/qualities )
- Rotation of those players !
But let's hear what other managers have to say about your question.

@sabit-mamedov Hi thanks for the reply.
One more questiong, I'm assuming that benching a player gives some morale - not as much as starting 11, but not as bad as being left out, correct?Morale of player is mostly depends on performance of your team and whether they play or not. If you keep your players on the bench or out of line up, they will lose their morale. The only way to increase their morale is to engage them in starting eleven and to get better your team's performance

that actually originated the topic...on the process of buying players to sell, sometimes I buy players that might come in handy for situational games, for team's rotation (I tend to have a small squad to max sales' profit, at least at the start of the season), and then i wondered, would they sell faster if they get a nice performance
About your last reply, that makes sense, thank you for the notes I don't have enough "data" of my own to make a statement on that but if I find something new I'll let you know, but as @Sabit-Mamedov says I agree that the major factor is team's performance
thank you both
