My question is: Do I keep it, when the season is over? (restart it without paying again)Thanks in advance!

You'll always have to pay some amount bcs if you want to continue the league, but it will be way less then when you created it the first time. -
is there an exact amount to pay every time?

@evilchicken2000 No there isn't an exact amount you pay every time, because it depends on how many teams there are in your league for next season.
