Please, can someone say when the information will be made to update these special league: Battle for Africa, Battle for South America and Europe's Future. At it is knows, recently completed competition for Africa Cup of Nations 2019, Copa America 2019 and UEFA Under-21 Championship Italy 2019. Thank you in advance!

Hi,
It's not possible to give a time frame when any league will be updated. And if you follow the league update topic in the Update category you'll see that leagues are being updated. No need to ask since no one will give you a time frame for it. Just wait until the update is made and announced.
PS: Don't go about creating multiple topic for same issue while you still have an open topic waiting to be answered.

That's because it's been made known several times that no time frames will be given when things/features will be implemented so when anyone asks such question there is really no answer to give.
We all just have to understand that and wait for the announcement to be made by GB when they've implemented/updated it. And when you don't see any announcement, it may be that they're still working on it.
