Hi,
For now you may not be able to scout players that have moved from one club to another until all the necessary updates are completed. Might be best to check these players first to know if they are still in their former club or the current club which they've signed for or possibly may not be in any of the two clubs due to their current clubs being updated before their transfer to that club.
