Double Coutinho Glitch?

I have made a league and I manage Manchester City. I have bought Coutinho as a midfielder from Barcelona a few days ago and after the Spanish league has been updated this morning there is another Coutinho available on the transferlist but as a attacker. What should I do? Because I can buy him but i will have two players who are actually the same player. Will he be removed from the transferlist? What is OSM going to do with this?

During updates this is a possibillity when they changed names etc, then osm does not see them as the same player.Osm will never adjust things in leagues that are already running, so if you buy him then you're lucky.
