Multiple bugs with Boss Coins

Hi, I've recently started playing OSM again. One thing I've noticed is that I often don't get my boss coins after watching a video. Happened multiple times today as well. Also, I received around 80 boss coins today for filling in a survey. I decided to use 15 of them to bring my scout back earlier. After I pressed the button, nothing happened so I did it again, twice. After resetting my app and turning of Wifi, I finally was able to look at my scout report. But I lost 60 boss coins and got 4 scout reports which were useless since I only planned to buy one attacker.

Any way I can get my coins back?
