Manager Point not Added

Hello,
I'm facing this problem for some few days. Recently, I ended my Season with Switzerland. I earned a 2300+ point for completing the season. But, unfortunately, those points didn't add in my profile. Please take a look over this. Thanks.

Did you finished the league with Switzerland in the slot 1? If yes the manager points are added to the slot 1.

Yes, I finished the league in slot 1. But, my total manager point isn't added till now & My manager ranking decreasing day by day.
