I am managing Newcastle and i bought Coutinho at beggining but 2 days ago i saw on transfers that Liverpool bought Coutinho too, how it is possible 2 coutinho in 1 league?

This is due to updating the competitions to the current season. Sometimes the names of players are slightly modified and that is what happened at Coutinho. Your duel has then been created for the England update.
This will resolve itself automatically when all competitions have been updated and there are no more competitions created for the update.
