Still can’t claim manager points

I made a post about this about 24 hours ago and a mod called King_Jamiu_10 replied that i would get my manager points in 12 about twelve hours, and it has almost been double that.. i dont know if I just don’t know how to claim them and it has ranked me and says I’ve got them but it hasn’t effected my manager points at all.. Mods help please.

I have a similar issue, got some achievements, claimed the coins and didn't receive them

Hi,

• What do you mean you can't claim them?
• What do you mean you don't see the effect on your manager points?
• On the previous topic and from your game profile your manager points have been added and does show on your profile. So could you explain clearly what the exact problem is and post screen shots here so we can understand clearly what you're reporting.

@king_jamiu_10 What I was trying to say was it showed how much manager points I should have gained with Barca and I didn’t gain any of the 642 manager points i was waiting for.

The 92 manager points were from my first season achievements (30 manager points) superman achivement (50 manager points). The other 12 were from bonuses etc.

Ahh! I see! Claiming your boss coins you mean and not manager points.

Okay then, for this you'll have to completely fill in the bug template that you can find on this topic. Please be as clear as possible and post more screenshots as well if possible.
