Is there a big difference between a 23 and 24 year old in terms of training?

@xdddddxxx Nope. No difference at all. They both belong on the same group of age. Players of 25 years of age or more belong to the second group.

@supernova-8 This isn't true. The younger a player is, the more progression he makes during a training session. For example, a player of 17 years old trains way better than a player of 24 years old, although they belong to the same age group.
