Boss Coins Problem - video ads

Hello,
I informed the administration about this problem, which however is not so up to date and did not give me an adequate answer. Namely, the problem is as follows. When I review a video ad I don't get tokens like before. I've watched video commercials often in the last few days, however, I didn't get tokens. Does anyone know what the problem is?

i have the same problem bro, and i'm gonna delete this game, first because the problem is not adjusted yet by the osm team, and second because i'm late in the progress of the players, i can't call the or doing anything that require boss coin... this problem last more than a week.

I have also had that problem; however, mine is worse. If I watch a commercial, which need I say, I found one that was inappropriate, and get off before it gives me a reward, it TAKES all of my hard earned boss coins from me, which I think is unfair, and I have reported it, and there has been no reparation. I was ONE boss coin from secret training, as well as a training camp, and it took it all away. Absolutely infuriating.

My problem also lasts for ten days, I hope that the administration will solve our problem as soon as possible.
