I'm sorry to say this, but I am actually very disappointed to see Doerak go. The Doerak design has been there from the beginning, and to be honest, in all the years that I have been playing this game, I have never, ever heard someone complain about this element of the game. Therefore, I find it truly baffling that instead of updating the Doerak design, which could have easily been done, there has instead been opted to go for new faces, that quite frankly, do not fit with the current design/game at all. It doesn't feel natural at all, and to just put it shortly, it just quite simply does not fit the game. These new faces do not represent what OSM is.
That is directly also the main issue that I have with the changes that are being made to the game. Not only with this change, but also with many other updates. Are these changes coming from a game-studio which have employees that have a genuine passion for the game, or are these all employees that have some interest in the game, but not more than that?
From my own experience and knowledge, I feel like that is a big lack of "true OSM players" within your company. Things went really downhill for the game in my opinion as soon as your original CEO left the company. Maybe it is wise to look into this. There are enough managers out here that know the game inside-out, and are also backed up by a gifted brain, which means there is the potential for those people to do great things with this game.
@TheBestManagerNL I agree, the Doerak design was an iconic sign of Osm, and now it has been replaced by blockhead people. Very sad to see Doerak design go, even though it shouldn't have gone in the first place

Yesterday the new OSM Staff was introduced! To celebrate our new Staff it's time for a Super Staff event.You can meet Karl Reise, the new Scout or Li Ming, the Data Analyst. Olga Meditsina, our new Doctor will help out your injured players and you can send your lawyer, Lawrence Bailey, to contest the case in court.
Also our four new Coaches are ready, let's go to Training!

@KoningCo Paul no need to worry about it. This event was offered as an extra one, a special gift to celebrate the arrival of the brand new OSM Staff.
I reckon we'll get to have another event for the weekend , as usual. Let's wait and see but in the meantime the speedy Scout and Trainers work like a charm.

@omrtrkbyr-16 I got the notification on my OSM Wednesday, November 13 at 3 am. If you check the forum right now it also says the announcement was made a day ago from today. (November 13th) So maybe you didn't check the forum soon enough or you were just not on your account until today.
But regarding your other statement, I agree with you. I go to a middle school and do sports and other activities, so I am also busy during the week. I would rather have this event at the weekend because I''m not as busy at the weekend. Having this Faster Coaches event during the week is not really good for me. This is because it makes it harder to do as many 4-hour training sessions as I want to because I have school for 7 and a half hours a day. But I guess the event was to introduce the new OSM Square-shaped-head staff that shouldn't even be there in the first place. (Seriously, what was Gamebasics thinking when making the decision to make new staff?)

@omrtrkbyr-16 Also it is unfair because the weekend events usually last from Friday 12:00 am-Monday 12:00 am (3 days exactly), but the midweek new staff event only lasted from Wednesday 2:00 am- Friday 9:00 am (2 days 7 hours), which is 17 hours less than weekend events.

@omrtrkbyr-16 Yeah I guess since you mentioned that you are a teacher it must be hard to check the forum often. I think they only announced it in the game updates section because the new osm staff had been introduced mid-week so the mid-week promotion only happened because they OSM did as a way of introducing the new OSM staff. If it was a regular weekend event they would have announced in the Promotion/ campaign section, but since the mid-week event was to introduce the new staff, they just announced it in the game updates section.

@omrtrkbyr-16 Yeah I agree with you because this past mid-week promotion was 17 hours shorter than the weekend events, which are usually exactly 3 days and 0 hours. This past mid-week event was sadly only 2 days and 7 hours long, so we are kind of getting cheated out of 17 hours of weekly promotions this week.

Aggregate 2 - 2Team A goes through because they scored more goals away.
I case of exact results home and away, then we'll have over time and after that penalty kicks if needed!
