Take over a league

Do we still have the ability to take over a league if the league moderator is inactive? I just want to change the name of a league that's all.

Hi,It's no longer possible to take over the moderatorship of a league if the moderator goes inactive or resigns, since everyone can create their own league if they wish to.
Wondering why you want to change the league name though
