SUGGESTION:
"Draw ceremony" for knockout stages in Champions CupIt would be nice If we could have some kind of draw experience when we finish group stage in "Champions Cup". Something like you cans ee on this page every year: https://draw.inker.one/#/cl/ko/2018
By simple clicking you can try your luck and see how could pairs for knockout stages work. Similar stuff can always be found before every Euro or World Cup. Some basic simulator that gives you a chance to experience the draw by your hands.
On the basis of that maybe OSM could try and implement something like that. Every time your group ends and you finish in top 2 you get the chance after your "Match Simulation" to watch the draw where teams are drawn together 1 by 1? Would be nice for sure, Im no expert on knowing if something like that is possible but surely would be nice and interesting experience
Oh and I must say, Great job for implementing all the features of "CL experience" so far in this "Champions Cup" league style, specially this feature with home and away matches, great stuff!

A) I dont have private leagues as I dont have BC's to waste them on opening leagues, which is expensive
B) I barely get 5-6 managers per league when I play in open league, how the heck will I find more than that when I close the leagueHaha, you are right Matty. I knew that about your leagues. Ok point taken. Thanks for your reply mate.

hello what is this topic about?
-
@Kaamek Hello .
As you can see from the title or read from the first post on page 1 - https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/3310/osm-game-features-chatroom-suggestions?page=1
this is a topic for posting , sharing and discussing ideas and suggestions on how to improve the OSM game. -
Hey all ! I was wondering if anyone purchased the legend pack which is "Brazil Jersey" one. The thing is I am really curious about how the jersey is looking like. Anyone ?
-
@TUNISIANU Totally agree with you mate. Sometimes I also want to see how well my players will play against a team away. (For example: I am playing Liverpool away in two days and I want to play a friendly against them, but I have to play at home when I want to test my away skills for the game in two days. ) You should be able to test your away performance, not just your home performance in friendlies.
-
@TUNISIANU
Excellent idea mate!! Don't know if it's doable but I would love to see such an implement on the game.
I wonder what other managers have to say about it... -
@TUNISIANU
No my friend it is not logic
You want to play friendly it should be home .Away is only when the opponent want to play .. you can't suppose that it is away when you just you who play
Don't agree with your suggestion because it's out of logic

Not sure if I am interpreting this correctly, but the statement "it's out of logic" seems a little rude in my opinion, even with the emoji. I think you could have said "Don't agree with your suggestion is completely realistic" (I am not trying to disrespect your post, just a recommendation ) But anyways, if you want to play a friendly, you should be able to choose if you want it to be home or away, not having to be forced to always test your tactics in the same stadium and environment. I think you should be able to choose where you want to play, home or away, even if the opponent wants to play you or if you wants to play the opponent. Because if no one wants to play you, you will not be able to test your away skills.

@uchenna-a
If no one wants to play against you : it's your problemYou can't force opponent to play against you
You only have responsibility on friendly at home
-
@TUNISIANU There are also users that doesn't like the fact that friendlies can be played automatically, they rather see that they can reject/approve it first.
It's not possible to make everyone happy, so sometimes it's needed to take a middle road.
So in my opinion it should stay the way it is now.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 Thanks
We will wait for what other managers 'will decide about It -
@نااانسي-عجرم Never said it wasn't your problem, I just said that if no one wants to play you, you will never be able to test your away skills. It is your problem if someone doesn't want to play you, unfortunately for me. There definitely is no way to force your opponent to play you, so I agree with that. I still 100% would like to have a choice for where to play your friendly match, home or away in the future.
-
@Acantha I think both the choice of playing home and away and being able to reject or approve a friendly first could be implemented.
For example, as Aston Villa, you could choose to play away against Liverpool, but Liverpool would have to approve your friendly. If they do not want to do the friendly, they can reject it. There could also be a button that could let Liverpool change where they want to play, home or away. There could be an Approve button, a Reject button, and a Change The Stadium and Approve button where Liverpool can make the final decision on where the game will be since Aston Villa wanted to play them. If Liverpool chooses the change stadium button that would also mean they are approving the friendly. This way, both suggestions for OSM could coincide.

Remember that you've said this before: Because if no one wants to play you, you will not be able to test your away skills.
That doesn't add up with what you're saying now.
If they implement an rejection feature that still could mean that everyone could reject and you're not able to play friendlies and that's the opposite of what you want to achieve.
