      Osm should make a league that plays smae time as the real teams do but not the same result you choose your league and team

        @Thaddeus-deck That would be interesting if there was one league that happened at the same time as the real teams, but it would not be fully realistic if an OSM league lasted 9 months such as the Premier League. There are a bunch of international breaks if you are going by the same time as real teams which means that your team would not play for up to 2 weeks at a time during certain times of the season.

          @SIRBPLW Everyone has the right to play this game, even when you become inactive for whatever the reason might be.
          It cannot be that you might have spent bc's on players, trainings etc and when come back you've been kicked out of an osm league, it's another story when you're the owner of the league and those are already able to kick inactive managers.

            Hello everyone. I stayed and thought about how OSM could be even more fun. I came to the idea that if you can implement a visualization of the virtual matches, to see highlights and goals would be incredible. I look forward to this moment.

              @LeoMessi1O That would mean implementing a completely new game engine which is very hard to do as far as i know, but yeah, it would've been awesome!

                  I have 3 suggestions for new weekend events, I also told AlyssaGB these suggestions as well:

                  1. Face value price event: All Players in the Transfer List (excluding players that were put on the Transfer list by managers in your league) and players from the Scout are on the transfer list at their face value. For example, an 87 overall Lautaro Martinez is on the transfer list at 15.2 million, his player value.
                  2. Faster and extreme training progression weekend: The 4-hour training event and the extreme training progression are a combination and are on the same weekend. Since this is such a huge bonus, this promotion could only happen 4-6 times a year.
                  3. Cheaper Scout event: Players from the Scout will cost 5 boss coins instead of 15 boss coins. (In the future, this cheaper scout event could also maybe be a combination with the faster scout event. Once again, this combination event could only happen 4-6 times a year because it would be such a huge bonus.) 🙂

                      Damn this topic is dead right now, no regular response or possible or not from a mod response to my suggestion 2 weeks ago on new WEEKEND EVENTS of all things, pretty disappointing since it is regarding new weekend events isn't it?... Also, the other two posters in the last two weeks have gotten no response...

                      Anyways I also have a new suggestion regarding crews, if we can eventually be able to see how long someone has been in a crew, especially the crew we are in. As a new captain and manager in a crew, this can help decide if you should get rid of a manager with no or little battle points, it may be based on how willing the manager was to join battles or if they just joined.

                        I join this thought. It would be an excellent idea to have more information within the crews. It would also be interesting to know the quantity of battles played in the crew, and historically too, also the information of each battle for each player, number of goals scored for and against, etc. I have more ideas, but I just wanted to join @uchenna-a.

                          Players already have morale though.
                          About the fans and the board's morale: the fans' morale could affect the tickets income and home factor bonus, but how could the board's morale affect a manager? Manager points? That'd result in the same as we already have - and I can't see any other way of making it meaningful.

                            Yup, you can check it out as @Suvven said.

                            If you wanna know how it works, it's not as simple as that.
                            It'll go up if your team wins, but its decrease is more complex: lined up forwards' morale will go down if they fail to score in a match; defenders and goalies' morale can stay the same if they manage to get a clean sheet - despite the draw -; and lined up players' morale decrease less than benched players' ones - whose morale decrease at a slower rate and than reserves'.

                                @DMFArranhado98 Yes good idea, but the only problem I maybe see happening is that people may get mad if like their player concedes two own goals in a game and they lose because of their own goals people will start to complain and think it is rigged. Or people will get mad and frustrated that they lose 1-0 because of an own goal, could even happen in a cup game and it can be even more frustrating. Even though these scenarios that I listed above happen in real life, I don't know if people will accept these scenarios listed above happening in OSM. If people do accept that these scenarios and more can happen in OSM and it won't feel rigged to them, then own goals would be fine in OSM. 👍

                                    @DMFArranhado98 Yeah but I have heard and seen people get mad and feel like this game is rigged and have even expressed it here on the forum, an example of this was in the "the engine is broken" topic in osm: the game. I expressed my feelings there, but it was a while ago and personally I don't think OSM is rigged anymore, but many people have thought this way.

                                      1. Direct selection of specialist players in the starting line-up (and there are special markings on selected players, for example captain).

                                      Wouldn't this mess up the system if one of those marked player was sold?

                                      1. History of the last position in the tournament, eg semifinal or group phase.

                                      Such as the already existing Trophy Cabinet?

                                        I also have a suggestion/request.
                                        In our group rank battles we've been getting opponents from all around the world which resulted in a problem- we get out game simulations very early. I.e. when we usually play games in leagues between 8PM and 10PM some of our ranked battles are around 4PM. Many of us work, so that is quite frustrating. Maybe you could add a "prefered simulation time period" or something like that. For example, you would pick 9PM-10PM time period and you'd find opponents with same time period. This way everyone will have their lineups and tactics set etc. To avoid any draw fixing there can be some limit, or maybe automatically eliminate the opponent from last battle in draw for the next one. That's just my idea based on game experience and observations, i guess there are more groups with similar problem 😉

                                          What if you just set up things before your job schedule?
                                          On my busier days with classes, I'll set things, like, twenty hours before its due time, as I rather set it up on my desktop - which I can only access on the following hours to the time of matches on busier days...
