Yes. Rule states "Buying players from other manager is not allowed." The only person responsible for this incident is Ajani05 who left the tournament and will not be allowed to compete in next editions, his team bought the player.
There were cases where players who bought players from other manager got -2 penalty points, in none of these cases have the team which sold these players been penalised.
You can't say i change rules because he is a player from my crew because 2 out of 6 players with penalty points are from my crew. They broke the rules and they were penalized. It is unfair of you to try to manipulate the rules and extort your way by threthenig to leave the competition. The rules are clear and everybody has agreed upon them. Also you need to understand that leaving the competition has its repercussions.
If anyone can explain to me how it would be legal to penalize a player for not breaking the stated rules I'm all ears.

@festimi17 The rules were readily available to everyone. Anyone who violates a rule is sanctioned. Do not manipulate the rules. The rules have been clearly defined since this competition was conceived. This is not fair on your part. It's okay when you ask to be clarified, but persistently claiming that one manager did not adhere to the rules ... I don't understand. The managers like Kohorta, Sefik Martin are in our crew (our Balkan Community). They are also sanctioned

I agree mate. As seen in this topic it still is one the most active communities, just when given zhe opportunity to take part in forum competitions. I hope these competitions will encourage our player to participate in global tournaments more often. There is a lot of quality in this community.

@festimi17 It's my right to put the player where I want. My teammates know very well that I put a second striker or wing striker to play in the 4231 formation behind the attackers. And it works really well. As for this, I did set up the midfielder as a striker, because it was an experiment, not a type of cheat. I'm in final of BWC. My favorite is Pep Guardiola's coach as well as Jürgen Klopp. Now tell me, did Pep Guardiola cheat when he used Mario Götze, Thomas Müller, Cesc Fabregas, Andreas Iniesta as attackers or is it some kind of tactic ???

I didnt even notice that but now that you mention it I wouldnt call it cheating. I myself use this rather often in battles against steonger opponents when my sole goal is not to lose the game. I put an extra midfielder in attack and set him to support the midfield (mostly with 631). Also in my last nations battle against Iran they have done the same thing in every away match. And if you check the result of this match you can see that i won the game by pure luck in the last minutes of the game. Therefore i would say that the experiment worked well since @Ado-Hackovic neutralized a much stronger team very well. If you compare my stats against you in our previous matches and aginst him in this game you might event improve your defesive game. Not that I find it flaud, it seems to work rather well. You often manage to pull a draw with much poorer stats, I would love to hear you defensive philosophy too

Also it would be nice to hear a third party opinion on this topic. Maybe from someone with more experiance and with a neutral stance. For example @SUPERNOVA-8 or/and @Majstor-Matt (sorry for disturbing you guys but this seems as a rather interesting topic of discussion.
