My competition settings are gone

I've made a competition where you can't use timers, where you can't use TK's but I went to the next competition and now you can use them again. How is this possible and can I fix it?

This happened because you probably didn't set advanced tactics while setting up the next season.

I actually did, cuz I was watching for it because we don't like the normal settings
