No manager points when I end my season

I end my season on 4 champ but only 1 give me my points... It's Switerland 1er division and my champions league, Copa de Campeones LatAm and Switzerland 2nd divison didn't give my manager points !
It is normal to not get points form tournaments and it is normal to wait 1 day to recive my point in Switerland 2nd divison ?
Because if I get my points only 1/4 time it's will annoy me !
