Help training

thanks for the answers but my question is that they did not have a normal progressive dismissal, in fact today after having trained them 4 times with the boss coins they had a block.
For example Lafont is at 85 and is 21 years old but if I train him he grows by a maximum of 15 points out of 100.
This is not normal what happened?

Just to be clear, are you talking about the 8 hours training or friendly games?

@King_Jamiu_10 I used the training but I used the 16 boss coins on all players 4 times in a row.
At the end of this 2 of these who are worth 88 and 85 and the age of 21 and 22 years, have an improvement in the next training of only 15 points out of 100.
I made a mistake?

As you train your players their progression decreases. This is the same for all ages, except that younger players still would get more training progression compared to that of an older player.

As far as I know, the progression will be lower if you repeatedly training the same player in the same day.
