Problem: When I try to log in on my phone I get a different account than when I log in on my computer. I want to play on the account that I log into when I'm using my computer.

@Illya-Buttgereit_NL That sounds if your phone account logs in on world and through web you login on dutch version.
Since this is something from ios, I will tell you how to put it on dutch.
Go to settings of your phone, scroll to OSM and there you will have the option to put it to dutch version.
