Hi mate,
You mean club funds, am I right?
I just joined the Winners 'Cup and in the current league I had 9.9 million (club funds) and I have the same amount in the Winners' Cup. So you have the same amount of club funds (you can spend them). I do not see any change in the transfer list. It's the same thing. The only difference I see is that the stadium needs to be rebuilt from beginning.
