Pending Payment

I already started a topic, but for some reason I can’t reply to the suggestion sent to me.

Here you can see that it is pending. From my end I have no receipt since it’s not a “Completed Transaction”.. money is still taken.
I already sent an email to the email address I got provided with the same details and also my manager name.
Is there a way I can reply to messages on forums?
