Can't negotiate a player to the maxium valeu allowed.

Hi,
I am playing an English League and manager 4SM400 is trying to bid my player Geubbels with the maxium valeu (14.5M)
There is a bug that is not allowing, it only allows him to bid 10.4M.. and when i try to negotiate to the maxium valeu an error message appears.
- i didn't buy or sell any player to manager 4SM400 in the last 24h
- only I bought Geubbels in this Championship season
- today i have sold other players for their maxium valeu
- another manager was allowed to bid the maxium valeu for Geubbels, which i refused because i was already in negotiations with 4SM400
- both of us have cleared the mobile app cache
- i have 8 forwards on my Squad, only 1 is in the transfer list

@Parentegomes the forward that is in transfer list is not Geubbels, its another forward of my Squad
