Problem on web version

Since this morning I cant enter the web version of OSM, used several browsers, from different devices - nothing

After a few hours
I think and wonder what the purpose of the Support Forum is when, for more than 3 hours now, I have posed my problem, I see that no one from the staff support is answering me. You are still amazed when someone criticizes you. Here, this reason is for me enough

did you cleared all data, including cache/cookies??
