About OSM Netherlands Server

Hey there. I just completed the community survey posted in the forum. And I realised that there are 2 version of OSM which are Dutch and World.
My questions :
Can I create an account in Dutch version of OSM and also keep playing on World version of OSM ? Does that count as multiple account ? Is it illegal ?
And does Netherland OSM server engine is completely different than the World OSM server engine ?

yes mate you can have two accounts (one in world and one in dutch). It will not count as multi accounts.
And does Netherland OSM server engine is completely different than the World OSM server engine ?
I think yes but I'm not sure.

Hi,
The engine are the same except for the language of course.
