Avatar Problems

Good day OSM developers,
I hope you guys are doing good these days and are not so busy but I (I am new) was having problems changing my avatar. The image size was less than 120kb and still there was an error! I tried countless times and constently it said "OOPS Something went wrong."
So I would love it if you guys could explain to me what kind of image I should select or if it is a bug fix it.

@SoccerH3ro Don't worry mate, i am guessing that you tried to put a avatar from your app...
You can change/put your managers avatar from your profile (here in the forums) only. I had a similar problem. For me it said tht such and such app did not give permission ( i tired 2 different apps
). But if you were to click on your profile and on the +sign/or the three vertical dots (one of them or maybe both)( you will surely figure it out) you will have the option to put a background and your profile picture. Do keep in mind that the two are different. As for a honest mistake ( tht i made too) we all here are users and moderators. The developers do drop in sometime to check on us and problems.
