Find a league with Philadelphia

I would like to join a new challange with Philadelphia Union (United States) after I missed the title with this team a few days ago because of a unlucky defeat in the second last match. But on my current server there is only 1 USA league in the preparation phase and Philadelphia is already taken in that league. Is there any other way to find a league were Philadelphia is available and that is still in the preparation phase? I also don't want to play in a league where only 20% of teams has an active manager. I looked over 30 minutes on different servers via Active Leagues but I still haven't found a suitible league.
Maybe this is a point that Gamebasics can improve. I think a lot of people want to play with a specific team that is not available on their current server.

@KoningCo Every team is always available. You just need to use your boss coins sometimes
