Can't retrieve password or change my email

Hi,

i am trying to reetrieve my password. i can login via Facebook, but I want to delete my Facebook, so i need to be able to login without it again.
But for some reason i can not with password, neither can i retrieve the password and so i tried changing my email, but the confirmation email for that does not arrive in my inbox.

I have no idea how to solve this, but i really want to disconnect from FB.

What can I do?
