OSM Game Features : Chatroom - Suggestions

Hello to everybody,
I don’t know if im adressing this in the right place, if not im sorry guy’s,
anyway i wanted to adress a “problem” i have been experiencing lately really often,
I have been dominating most of the games, but again in the end its either a tie, or i lose the match, even why i have been keeping the ball like 60+ %, and having like 8-9-10 shoots per game, the opponent with 2-3 shoots is able to get a positive result,
This is not happening in every possible match, but when it comes to crew battles, let’s say 70 % of the time, it happens as stipulated above,I have been following football since i was a kid, and i understand the counter attack ideology, and it would be acceptable if i was playing very offensive, let’s say 433 with 60+ mentallity, but cmon guys, i have been playing 451 with defensive mentality since forever, and quite simply i can’t understand it, how on earth the opponent with 2 shoots can beat me??! Or better said, why so often???!
I can put screenshots here of my last 6 games of the battle, apart from the last one, i have been dominating every single one of them, and the results are terrible
As i said this is not happening every single game, but trust me, personally i had this experience like 30-40 times in these last months
Its boring, it makes me sad, and it makes me think that to achieve a positive result, u have to be weaker tacticallyThere are some questions in my mind that if somebody would be kind to answer, it would make me happy
Is this a bug on server?
Is this something that will stop happening in the future?And the funniest one, what can i do better next time

@Real-B1 Keeping the ball is not proving to win the game which means every team has got a chance to get positive results. Some big teams are struggling to win some games even though they get a higher percentage of possession than their opponent no matter what their squad values are. If there are no surprises in soccer than they don't have to play games against the teams that are not on their level. Have you watched the Celtic-Barcelona game in 2012-2013? Barcelona incredibly led the game in every angle like %89 possession, 955 passes over 100, and 23 shots on target. However, the result was 2-1 (spoiler alert). Look at also Arsenal and Tottenham. They have been also leading the games but can't get positive results. They also have got world-class offensive players but can't get a single point against lower teams in this season. This is what reality comes in. For your questions, this is not a bug, what should it be? , play friendlies more efficiently.

Bro i tried to make it clear that this is possible to happen, and i completely agree when it comes to posession, i was trying to point my domination towards shoots, which is completely logical to have higher expectations to win the game if you shoot more, right?
Barcelona vs Celtic, this is excactly why im having troubles to understand the logic, that is one hell of a game that will never be repeated again, once in a lifetime maybe, let it happen on Osm excactly with the same rate of possibility to happen, ONCE IN A WHILE, not 5 out of 6 bruw,

Just a suggestion, but cancelling training should be possible
It's absolutely annoying when you misclick the player you want to train and end up with someone else. -
I would really appreciate if someone from staff will answer to my suggestion for giving us option to block people from inviting and messaging, someone we want to. Since my crew got first place about 2 weeks (more or less) Ive received more than 100 messages in arabic language, which I don't understand. I try to sleep and someone sends 50 words in few seconds. This has been really annoying in last few days. And invites...Im pretty sure I get more than 30 invites every day. Come one please do something about this. Or atleast give us answer if you will ever do something about this.

I would suggest blocking the friendlies 1 hour before the game simulation, so the manager has time to focus only on the game and not be distracted by the friendlies suffered in the last minutes, because other managers can warn the opponent to change tactics, while a manager it may not always be available at game time

My suggestion is adding <21 age (20yo-19yo-18yo...) to scout options for finding younger players easily

I really don't understand the manager points sistem that drop every day, I am furious because before the last championship 17 days ago I had 93,500 points, now after winning treble, I am at 94, 000 points, what is this, I win a treble for having only 500 points more then 17 days ago because the other points are scaled day after day, it is a very unfair system for everyone, I understand have a little less because the points go down but so much is very bad.

What i thought about is a slight change in goalkeepers player tab. Now they have 3 game stats same as other players: games played, goals and assists. As we know, these are not the most important stats for a goalkeeper. That's why i'd suggest this slight fix. Instead of goals and assist there would be goals conceded and clean sheets

To prevent this
, admins can get help from percentages
For example, for each point in the league against the OSM division crews 200%For every point in the league against the legend division crews × 100%
For every point in the league against the World Star division crews 75%
And...
.

True but doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done Jenton, if people want to do this and think they’re better than they really are that’s their choice. A quick look on someones profile it’s easily noticeable and see if they have been in lower crews to get battle points

It would be nice if you add some music to the game, it feels wierd without music and put an option to turn it on and off, the game feels empty without it

as you know OSM is a one season game. So loan from bank or swap players, have a disadvantage due to the time of pay back a loan or swap players. It could work only on leagues with many seasons games. For loan players, this has been talked many times and as this game is one season game, there is actually not so much use for a team to loan his player, when he can sell it and take the money he want at once.
You can buy players from other teams of your league. You can make an offer to the other manager, for the player you want to buy.
