Need help vs 631 please

I am much better, he is playing 631B, Counter attack, Zonal and no offside. I usually play 442A, passing, Zonal and offside if attacking and no offside if defending

Always play Attack only, stay in position and defend deep

Was thinking to switch to 343, Wing, and attacking with man marking and offside on?

I tried slow build up with another team that is also the best in the league and seem to get better results and score more goals? Is that better than quick passing?

Any help appreciated.
