BUG: Achievements not possible to Claim

Good day. I can't colect the achievement for winning the cup 10 times. Here's the screenshot with my name and the achievement.

@RenatoGomes2208 I'm sorry, but those screens are not good enough.
All proof screens must have the manager name on it, this can be from anybody. -

I didn't get Superman achievement, I finished unbeaten with Heerenveen and won the cup, but I couldn't claim the achievement, not even manually (it is not highlighted). I cannot take screenshots right now as I am at work, but I am not sure it is 100% possible to prove it unless you go and see it for yourself, because the game doesn't let me look at the table history in certain careers. I can paste this as back-up to my claim.
