Almost every time I receive a red card in a match, I loose the match. I think it is somewhat ridiculous that, despite the fact that I have a better team, I still loose the match because of a silly red card. Is this taken care of or not?

I can understand your frustration but we are supposed to help managers with bugs and glitches. Your problem has nothing to do with a bug though. Please take a look at this topic .
