Hello I bought an alloy today with 200 coins. I wanted to privite the league to invite my friends. why I'm not the moderator if I bought the league?
At this moment there are already 6 players in the league. I do not want them because the league is mine and I bought to play with friends. -

You did not bought the league, because that's not possible.
What you did was bought a team and that's why osm is moderator of that league.
If you want to create your own league, then you go to the country you want to play in and then choose create league like in this screen: http://prntscr.com/ey81c1 -

But next time if your not sure how things work, it's better to ask support before doing it.
That way you can avoid disappointments like this.
