I'm scouting players 90+ quality.
I'm only getting players below 80...
Is it normal? -

The scout will always come back with players, so if there no 90+ players available then the scout will come back with the next best thing.
You have to keep in mind that there are very view 90+ players especially the young once will be gone first.
So try to wider your search range a bit.
