How can i create a private league

Hey im new in this game i would create a private league for me and my friends but i can't finde the option to create this. I can pick only a league then i join in a league with random peoples.

Hello and welcome to OSM and forums.
If you want to create a private league from the career page select the slot you want to create the league then chose the country you like to play in then click on 'create league' as shown below.
