Hi, welcome.

Those are managers from your previsious season, they where allowed then and now the could join without the invitation.
If you want a clean league the best thing to do is to let your league discontinue and then start a complete new league

I tried figuring out what happened. If I look on your profile I can see that the last league you finished was in 2014. The league you're the moderator of is currently in the second season. That confuses me.

As far as I know it's not possible to claim a league which is moderated by OSM. Maybe @Hespera can do something with this information and tell you what happened
