I can't play in cup?

I'm playing in an italian leauge as Bologna and when i see the cup matches i can only see 8 teams from the 20 which play in a leauge. This will be first round of the cup so I don't understand why i can't see the other team.

Hi and welcome to forums.
In most leagues the first round is usually played by teams with the least objective like the G16 and G13 teams in other to gain qualification to the next round (round of 16) where they join the remaining teams with higher objectives in the league who have automatic qualification to the second round including Your Own team.
