Please if someone knows...who's rules in order..1).2).3)...I mean after the points,the first rule must be goal difference then matches wons,result between teams,so who is the true with this..

I am not sure about this,if someone know sure the rules for all championships competitions maybe can say who's with this thinks:)

Yes goal difference is first if you are on the same points, after that most goals scored, as it is most often also in the real world.
