changing the tactic after spy

when i make spy on my oppenet in the beginning of the day then he change it before the match 1 hour. the question can i see the new tactic after the changes or not ?

Yes you can see the new tactics if you check again with your spy unless he uses secret training to block your spy.
Your spy shows the current tactics set by your opponent as at the time you used the spy.
