Transfers stoped

Yesterday after the game was offline for about 30 min. or so, transfers stoped in my league on my main account.
After that there were about 8 transfer simulations but noone sold a player although there are about 30 players on the TransferList, and I know nothing is happening because the value of Belotti is 91.19 since yesterday 14:00 (I remebered this number because it's speciffic with 1 and 9) although this value should go down after every simulation.
