      For example, a forward is a striker in real-life, but I use him as a winger. Will he perform equally well?

        No they do not matter in this OSM engine, trust me.

        What matters is, if for example you are playing "Wide" style, it is recommended to put all stronger attackers and midfielders to the side because their stats are higher than the other ones and they will have more chances to shoot from the wings. If you play wing style.

            Players are getting tired only if they start on the lineup of their team...
