OSM log-in homepage obscurities in Chrome

When I opened the homepage via osm.nl today I saw that it looked a bit different than normal, using Chrome 60.0.3112.78. Yesterday it looked normal. I have tried adding a screenshot here. When I use Opera 45 everything looks normal again. Not sure if it is something on my PC or browser, or something that changed from the website end.

@rowandro_nl Remember that most of the time you'll get that kind of strange behaviour when cookies are confused.
So it's best to remove cookies/cache once in a while to avoid that
