I did 2 surveys for manager coins and when I finished, I told me that I had received the coins and when I was logged in, nothing was received when I clicked on the support it said the coins are already delivered but that is not the case

You can also contact them via same process if you think that it's taking way too much time (some may take more than a week to be completed).There is your answer.
