My friends can not join my league

We played one season with my friends.Now I started a new season but some of my friends can not join. In addition some of them can not take empty clubs. The mos interesting thing is they see irrelevant clubs in the league. We are playing in Turkish 3.League and there is WestHam United and West Bromwich Albion in here.
