I was moderating my own league but resigned and now osm is the moderator. What shall i do ?

Now you cant do nothing, if you resign you can't join again in the same league

You're allowed to only have one account
Or if you mean another club slot, I believe that's not possible either. -
Please read Carefully the OSM terms.
As above you can't have more than one OSM account.
You can't re-join a league you resigned from even with sub accounts and main.
